DELETE YOUR REPVOX ACCOUNT

OVERVIEW

You can request full account deletion or delete individual data within the RepVox app. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

OPTION 1: DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP (RECOMMENDED)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the RepVox app:

1. Open RepVox and go to your Profile tab
2. Tap Delete Account
3. Type DELETE to confirm
4. Tap the confirmation button

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

OPTION 2: REQUEST DELETION VIA EMAIL

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to [email protected]
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Include the email address associated with your RepVox account
• Specify whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data

Email requests will be processed within a reasonable period after identity verification.

WHAT GETS DELETED

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• All workout logs and training history
• Routines and schedules
• AI chat history and conversations
• Fitness data exports stored in our systems
• RevenueCat subscription records (best-effort)
• All other associated personal data

WHAT MAY BE RETAINED

Certain limited data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business needs:

• Records required for legal or compliance obligations
• Data necessary for security or fraud prevention
• Purchase and subscription records required for tax, accounting, or platform compliance
• Residual data in backups or logs, which is deleted within a limited retention period

TIMING

• In-app deletion: Immediate. Your account and data are removed as soon as you confirm.
• Email requests: Processed within a reasonable period after identity verification.
• Backup and log data: Any residual data in backups or logs is deleted within a limited retention period.

PARTIAL DATA DELETION

If you want to keep your account but delete specific data:

• Individual workouts: Can be deleted directly within the app
• Individual routines: Can be deleted directly within the app
• Other specific data: Contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of specific data
